By creating an account with us, you agree that:

• Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and password
• Accurate Information: You provide accurate, current, and complete information
• Account Activity: You are responsible for all activities under your account
• One Account Per Person: Each user may maintain only one free account

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

• You are responsible for reviewing and editing all generated content
• We do not guarantee accuracy or suitability of AI-generated content
• You retain ownership of your input data and customized content

Subscription Terms

• Free Tier: Limited features with usage restrictions
• Paid Tiers: Basic ($20/mo), Pro ($45/mo), Max ($85/mo)
• Billing Cycle: Monthly recurring subscription
• Payment Processing: Handled securely through Stripe
• Cancellation: Cancel anytime, access continues until end of billing period

Refund Policy

We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for new paid subscriptions. No refunds are provided for partial months or after the 7-day period.

If you choose to connect your Gmail account:

• You explicitly consent to our accessing job-related emails
• We will only read emails, never send or delete them
• Email data is processed according to our Privacy Policy
• You can revoke access at any time through your Google account settings
• We comply with Google's API Services User Data Policy

Your Content

• You retain all rights to your personal data, resumes, and content
• You grant us a license to process your content to provide the Service
• This license ends when you delete your content or account

Our Content

• ApplyWise AI and its features are protected by copyright and trademark laws
• You may not copy, modify, or redistribute our software or content

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.

• We do not guarantee job search success or interview outcomes
• We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the past 12 months
• Some jurisdictions don't allow limitation of liability, so this may not apply to you

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ApplyWise AI, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

• We may terminate or suspend your account for violations of these Terms
• You may terminate your account at any time through account settings
• Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately
• We may retain certain data as required by law or legitimate business purposes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in the State of New York to resolve any legal matter arising from these Terms.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. If we make material changes, we will notify you via email or through the Service. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision will be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary so that these Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
