Common solutions:

1. Check Dashboard → Settings → Email Integration - is Gmail connected?
2. Verify your email is confirmed (check for verification email)

4. Check if OAuth token expired (auto-refresh should happen, but reconnect if needed)

1. Refresh the LinkedIn/Indeed page
2. Check if you're logged into the extension (click extension icon)
3. Verify you're on a supported page (LinkedIn jobs/search, Indeed jobs)
4. Try clicking the extension icon → Setup to re-sync your profile
5. Check Chrome Extensions page - ensure ApplyWise is enabled
6. Clear browser cache and reload extension (chrome://extensions/)
7. Uninstall and reinstall extension as last resort

You have several options:

• Wait for reset: Daily limits reset every 24 hours at midnight UTC
• Upgrade tier: Get 12-60x more limits with paid plans
• Use Quick Match first: Screen jobs quickly, then use full analysis on top matches only
• Cache hits don't count: Re-analyzing same job within 6 hours is free

Common issues and fixes:

• No master resume uploaded: Upload your resume first in Dashboard → Profile
• Incomplete profile: Fill out skills, experience, and education for better results
• Formatting issues: We use ONLYOFFICE with 99% MS Word fidelity - open in Word/Google Docs
• AI timeout: Retry generation - high load can cause delays
